Como eu novamente fui convidado a participar, eu estarei ministrando algumas oficinas de mangá, quadrinhos e animação por lá:

- No sábado, com uma oficina mangá e outra de animação, além de uma de cartoon pelo domingo. Portanto, as oficinas tomam praticamente os dois dias do evento.
Entre os temas dessas oficinas, também vou ensinar:
- Estrutura e proporções usadas em "character design" para cartoon e manga;
- Desenho de personagens adultas e crianças;
- Drapeamento e desenho de cabelo.
- "Estilização" de pessoas reais( em cartoon e mangá );
- Desenho de quadrinhos para crianças;
- Perspectiva, luz/sombreamento e texturas; - Formatos, arte-final, editoração e direitos de autor ( sob a legislação brasileira ).

Além disso, como desenhar:

Acessórios, adereços, animais, veículos, etc - juntamente com as suas proporções corretas, pertinentes aos personagens/figuras com proporções humanas.
Todas essas atividades terão um trabalho de conclusão, executado com o auxílio do professor, e cada oficina terá 2 horas-aula cada, o que perfaz 06 horas-aula ao total de todas as oficinas a ocorrer - se os objetivos de cada uma tiverem sido cumpridos, os participantes receberão um certificado( mas só se estiverem presentes a todas as aulas de todas as oficinas e concluirem os trabalhos de conclusão de todas, tendo sido todos executados em sala de aula ).
Em paralelo, Haverá uma exposição de alguns dos trabalhos que eu fiz - inclusive alguns produzidos especialmente para o evento, tal como um artshow.
Eu também vou ser um dos juízes do concurso de ilustração e roteiro para quadrinhos.

Todas as lições e oficinas têm entrada franca.
No entanto, Há número limitado de alunos por grupo (15 senhas no máximo para cada oficina); essas vagas podem ser reservadas, quer antecipadamente ou no dia e local do evento.

O curso será novamente ministrado pelo professor e ilustrador Marcos Pinto o Curso de mangá e Cultura Japonesa no Instituto de Cultura Japonesa, na PUC (Pontifícia Universidade Católica) em Porto Alegre/RS.

O curso é pioneiro em Universidades do Brasil, tendo sido instituído em 2001.

O aluno irá aprender a criar e executar um trabalho( em Desenho de Imprensa, tal como Cartum, Caricatura, Charge ou Ilustração )no estilo mangá avaliável para fins de conclusão do Curso - passando por todas as etapas de produção, com metas a cumprir, prazos e/com qualidade em tempo real de produção, tendo a sua avaliação feita através deste trabalho e de tarefas práticas, visando uma abordagem objetiva e positiva das realidades de Mercado, com acompanhamento individual e permanente pelo professor.

Os alunos terão a oportunidade de ter uma introdução prática ao mangá, e o professor irá fornecer apostilas para as aulas.
Ao final do curso, os trabalhos dos alunos serão publicados( com a sua permissão, e após terem sido devidamente registrados no nome de seus autores )em um um fanzine de conclusão e também em três websites interligados, tendo sido traduzidos para o Inglês e o Espanhol.

A primeira aula do curso será sobre Direito Autoral e Registro de Personagens, assunto pertinente ao currículo e programa do mesmo.
O curso não tem pré-requisitos para admissão, e aceita alunos a partir de 12( doze )anos.

Starting in March 17th, 2009:

By Tuesdays, from 14h30min to 16h25min will be taught by the teacher and illustrator >> Marcos Pinto << the Course of manga and Japanese Culture at the Institute of Japanese Culture at PUC (Catholic University) in Porto Alegre / RS - BRAZIL.

During the course, the student will create a project ( in Drawing for Press as such for Cartoon, Charge or Illustration ) in manga style, availed for completion of the course - also, the student will pass through all the stages of production, to comply with a schedule od tasks and deadlines to accomplish with quality in real-time production, being their evaluation through such work and practical tasks, seeking an objective and a positive approach of the realities of the market/office, with individual and permanent monitoring by an experient teacher.

The students will have the opportunity to have a practical introduction to Manga comics and the teacher will provide handouts and referral materials for the lessons.

Por los dias Martes, de 14h30min a 16h25min será leccionado por el profesor e ilustrador >> Marcos Pinto << el Curso de Manga y Cultura Japonesa en el Instituto de Cultura Japonesa en la PUC ( Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul ) Porto Alegre / RS - BRASIL.

HISTORY

Description:

1980/82:

I collaborated with scripts for the Ely Barbosa Commercial Editions - then producing one magazine directed to the chidren-to-youth audience;

1984/86:

It attended a course two years of the College of Legal and Social Sciences;
I served as intern for one year in the Federal Government Savings Bank("Caixa Econõmica Federal"

1986/88:

First rank in the Vestibular contest for the PUC( "Pontifícia
Universidade Católica" ), in admittance for the course on Media and Advertising Superior Studies;

I was design artist for Production in CZA Cine& Video - it produced a periodical project for children, the Delivering TCHÊ Video Enterprise;

Organized the " I Encontro Regional de Quadrinhistas", carried through in Colégio Rosario ( August 1986 )
I was charter member of the AQG (Association of the Quadrinhistas Gauchos), first Entity that carried through events and it congregated artists who produced "Historias in Quadrinhos"( Comics )in this State, being the Secretary of Professional Subjects for the Entity for three consecutive( 1986 to 1988/9 )terms.

1988:

Period of training internship in GrafColor graphic bureau.

1988/89:

Cleanup designer, producing for Out-door and Silk-screen

1990:

I created gimmick for OTIMIZA , a net of store of construction materials, and I also produced the newspaper ads for the related store - along with character designing/storyboarding an animation commercial short for the named business.

1990/91:

Contracted clean-up designer to produce promotion material( on merchandising)for silk-screen.

1991/92:

Layout of façade all made the Graphical Programming of the material (of central store, prospects, posters and brochures, logomark and graphic producing of a magazine of Literature launched during XXXVIII INTERNATIONAL Book Fair of Porto Alegre ) produced for the "Ao pé da letra" bookstores;

1994/98:

Member of the extinct Visuart Group, giving courses and workshops in Porto Alegre and in other cities of this State.

During the programming of Course of the now extinct "Visuart" Group;

(the first one to be organized Rio Grande Do Sul EVER ):

- Workshop on Comics Design, set/1996;
- Workshop on Creation for RPG (Games of Representation ), set/1996;

I was one of the organizers, and also I co-ordinated the activities of "live action" during the event, as well as these workshops.

1986/88, with the CZA/TCHÊ Cine and Vídeo - child´s supplement: "Fantasia";

1991, with the magazine of Literature for the "Ao pé da Letra" bookstores;

1997, reviewed "Megaman"n° 2, for the Magnum Publishing company,

produced in teamwork with Alexandra Teixeira and Daniel HDR.
